Adam’s Rib
Adam’s Rib is a large tract of land in the Brush Creek Valley south of Eagle, Colorado. It is a planned community to be phased into various parcels, including a golf course resort, commercial development, affordable housing and residential neighborhoods all connected by a trail and park system. Unique natural features on the property include rock outcroppings, existing stream beds and meadows, as well as large stands of aspen, cottonwood and serviceberry.
