Creekside Ranch
This new development on 76 acres of land along Snowmass Creek, required detailed activity envelopes to accommodate the various improvements. We worked together with the architect and planner to satisfy County development rules and regulations. Landscape enhancements included two ponds – one for community fire suppression, the other for wildlife habitat improvement. Other amenities included a new residence and associated elements (fire feature, spa and lawn area), an agricultural barn complex, pastures, ditches and hay fields.
