Based on feng shui principals and utilization of the cardinal points of the bagua, this modern home has it all. An entertaining courtyard welcomes friends and family to the home through a simple metal frame and lively water wall. A play lawn and full size lap pool form an active zone outside the workout studio. In contrast, the back yard, located on the edge of a steep embankment, with views to golf, skiing, and mountain peaks, provides quiet spaces to contemplate the natural setting with a dining patio and fire feature.
