Sky Hotel
Redevelopment of the Sky Hotel has seen numerous stake-holders and development options over the years. The above plan was one iteration that provides an upgraded arrival sequence, revamped rooms, and increased community amenities. A local conference space was created, alongside a new restaurant and remodeled bar. Indoor and outdoor spaces flowed together through various patios and amenities, including a pool, spa, fire and water features.
