Snowmass Village Condos

In an effort to add value and outdoor experiences for it’s residents and guests, this HOA planned to add patios and barbecue spaces to its’ property.   Updating the landscape, and refreshing the exterior facades was a board goal to enhance the value and marketability of the project, as well as to remain a relevant and desirable property in Snowmass Village.   Phasing the various updates was also an important component to the project to be both fiscally responsible, and schedule driven, taking a realistic approach to the lodging impacts in the resort community.
